The Brian J. Marks Hall is the heart of the Miller Theater complex. Completed in 1940 recently restored and reopened after more than 30 silent years, the Miller is an Art Moderne masterpiece, a streamlined theatrical space that makes the most of this distinctively American style.
Seating nearly 1,300, the auditorium was originally designed to function as a movie palace and music hall. With that in mind, it boasts both exceptional sightlines – from the front row to the back of the balcony – and excellent acoustics. That, combined with our state-of-the-art audio and lighting systems, provide a presenters and patrons alike a singular theatrical experience.
