TICKETING
Yes. Seats on the Left sections of the Orchestra and Balcony Levels are odd-numbered seats. Seats in the Right sections of the Orchestra and Balcony Levels are even-numbered seats. Seats in the Center section of the Orchestra Level are consecutively numbered starting with 101. Seats in the Center section of the Balcony Level are consecutively numbered starting with 201.
Tickets are available, upon request and subject to availability, for guests utilizing a wheelchair and their companions on the orchestra level. Companion seats may be purchased at the same price as their selected seat location subject to availability and set ticket limits.

Will Call tickets must be picked up at the Miller Theater Box Office located at 710 Broad Street (to the right of the theater doors and historic box office). Will Call tickets can be picked up during regular box office hours including the day of the show.
Please bring a proper form of identification for verification or the credit card the tickets were purchased with. For your protection tickets will ONLY be released to the person whose name appears on the ticket envelope. In some cases, Name changes are not allowed. If tickets were purchased through Etix.com the original purchaser must go through Etix.com to change the name.
The only authorized sales agents for Miller Theater are the venue box office, etix.com, millertheateraugusta.com or Etix phone centers at (800) 514-3849. Tickets purchased from outside sources are often inflated in price and are not eligible for assistance if tickets are ever lost or stolen or if the event is canceled or rescheduled. Miller Theater is not responsible for tickets purchased from other sources.

Most events will have a no re-entry policy which means you may not leave the event and return without an additional ticket. There will be no re-entry unless otherwise noted. Leaving to smoke? There is a designated smoking area. Ask an employee or volunteer for direction to the smoking area.
We are a cashless venue and do not have an ATM on the premises. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Occasionally, a touring band will accept cash payment for merchandise sales. In those instances, the Miller Theater will make all efforts to alert patrons.
Yes, we have full service bars with Coca-Cola products, popcorn, concession items, and local snacks, including Stuckey’s nuts, available for purchase. Not sure what to get? Ask one of our bartenders for their recommendation or try one of our specialty cocktails. All concessions purchases are cashless.
No, outside food and liquids are prohibited.
