R&B SOUL FEST 2023
Come celebrate Cassandra Brinson’s birthday at the R&B Fall Fest! The R&B Fall Fest includes performances by Avery*Sunshine, Stokley (of Mint Condition), October London, and Eric Mayweather. VIP tickets include access to the after party upstairs in the Knox Music Institute at the Miller Theater. Stokley is a GRAMMY-nominated vocalist, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer. He’s known best as the lead singer and drummer for legendary R&B group, Mint Condition. In 2017, Stokley released his debut solo album, Introducing Stokley, which produced two #1 singles “Organic” and “Levels.” Avery*Sunshine is a mercurial singer and composer who blends soul, gospel, jazz, and R&B in a signature mix. The singer has worked everywhere from Broadway to the Democratic National Convention to the European club and festival scenes. She has also performed playing keyboard with artists including Tyler Perry and Jennifer Holliday.October London is a singer and songwriter whose smooth, heartfelt vocals are reminiscent of voices from the past like Sam Cooke and Marvin Gaye. In 2016, London had a featured role on “Revolution,” the triumphant finale of Snoop Dogg’s Coolaid. Eric Mayweather is a gospel, R&B, and soul artist from Augusta, GA known for his dynamic singing and songwriting. He has shared the stage with many amazing artists, both past and present, including The Temptations, Freddie Jackson, Angie Stone, George Clinton, and more.
