WHO NEEDS A TICKET

METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Tickets cannot be reserved without payment, which must be received at time of purchase. We do not accept cash or personal checks – the verification process is lengthy and we cannot afford to provide tickets without a valid form of payment.
NO REFUNDS POLICY
Our regulations, including masks and vaccination rules, will continue to update according to each specific artist/event policy and are subject to change at any time. We will not issue refunds due to requirement changes on masks and vaccinations.
Tickets are non-refundable, and no credits will be issued for unused tickets. If an event is cancelled in its entirety, refunds will be given, or other accommodations will be made. If refunds are granted, tickets purchased with a credit card via Box Office, phone or online will automatically be refunded to the original credit card used.
If an event is delayed or must be shortened due to severe weather conditions deeming it unsafe for patrons to be in the facility, venue management will make best efforts to issue make-up offers for future events to those patrons impacted by the severe weather conditions.
METHOD OF DELIVERY
Tickets purchased online will be available for print at home, mobile delivery, or will-call. Tickets purchased in person will be printed and handed to the guest following the purchase.
Augusta Symphony tickets can be mailed and should be printed to mail twice a week once single tickets go on sale. Patrons can expect their subscription packages in their mailbox just following Labor Day.
WILL-CALL PROCEDURES
Tickets ordered to be held at Will Call can be picked up during regular box office hours. Otherwise, these tickets will be available for pickup two hours prior to the posted start time of the event. Please bring a proper form of identification for verification or the credit card the tickets were purchased with or tickets cannot be relinquished to the customer. For your protection tickets will ONLY be released to the person whose name appears on the ticket envelope. In some cases, Name Changes are not allowed.
