COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES

The health and safety of our guests, our employees and our community are our top priority. The Miller Theater is closely monitoring federal, state, and local guidelines and our policies and procedures will continue to evolve accordingly. The specific health and safety protocols for each engagement will be communicated to ticket holders within 1 week of the performance. We request you check this site regularly as well for the most up-to-date arrival protocols for all events.

Our regulations, including masks and vaccination rules, will continue to update according to each specific artist/event policy and are subject to change at any time. We will not issue refunds due to requirement changes on masks and vaccinations.

For canceled events, tickets will be automatically refunded at the point of purchase. Please allow at least 30 days from the original show date for this to be reflected in your bank account.

FACE COVERINGS AND VACCINATION POLICY
As of November 15, the Miller Theater does not require masks, but will additionally honor the specific policies for each artist/event scheduled regarding masks, vaccinations, and testing.

Patrons will be updated by email, social media, and our website for the specific requirements for each event.

All full-time and part-time Miller Theater event employees are required to be vaccinated.

CASHLESS TRANSACTIONS
Where tickets and concessions are sold, credit, debit, or gift cards are accepted to reduce contact. Cash tips will be accepted at concessions.

SECURITY CHECK
Upon entering the venue, patrons will undergo touchless security check. If additional screening is required, this will occur with vaccinated security staff member. No weapons are allowed, including pocketknives.

HAND SANITIZING STATIONS
Take advantage of the free sanitizing stations installed at entrances, exits, and other high-traffic areas throughout the venues.

SANITIZATION AND CLEANLINESS
Common areas, high touch points, and hard surfaces including doors, door handles, and handrails are routinely cleaned and sanitized. Seating area will be thoroughly disinfected with EPA-registered disinfectants.

RESPECT EVERYONE
Please be respectful of fellow patrons including everyone’s desire for space, face coverings, and a touchless experience. 

COVID-19 WARNING
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By visiting the Miller Theater you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. Please help keep each other healthy.

REFUND POLICY
Our regulations, including masks and vaccination policies, will continue to update according to each specific artist/event policy. We will not issue refunds due to requirement changes on masks and vaccinations.

RESCHEDULED, POSTPONED, AND CANCELED EVENTS
For Canceled Events – Tickets will be automatically refunded at the point of purchase. Please allow at least 30 days from the original show date for this to be reflected in your bank account.

For Postponed Events – We are working to reschedule the date of postponed events and will alert ticket holders as soon as we have updated information. Fans should hold on to their tickets as they will be valid for the rescheduled performance date.

For Rescheduled Events – If your show has been rescheduled with a new date already, fans should keep their tickets as they will be valid for the rescheduled performance date. If ticket holders can’t attend this rescheduled date, they may request a refund through the date stated. Please note: To be eligible for a refund, you must have purchased your tickets through eTix or from the Miller Theater box office. If you do not request a refund by the date stated your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
